HELENA MACE has been singing ever since she spoke her first words. Before turning professional her repertoire was already second to none and her uniquely haunting voice was widely known and well loved across the Isle of Wight where she had grown up. She has won several talent competitions across the UK, always impressing the judges by singing in her own spell binding style, putting her "own spin" on everything she sings with a 4 octave range! Her credits include playing Rizzo in Grease and sung solo in a local Production of the Musical ..CATS... Helena has also been known to model over the years. Her bright blue eyes and long dark hair only add to the allure and mystery that her voice creates. Whilst she was mainly freelance, the Isle of Wight�s former "Miss Charm" has opened several large venues and modelled for two major magazines. Helena is now signed with Coco Records International and was guest singer on Conny Conrad`s compilation album Generations 2 along with Dave Cousins (The Strawbs) and Mick Rogers (Manfred Mann's Earthband) and she is also guest singer on the great 'English German' rock band DARK OCEAN's 5th album "AUTOMATA" on which she has recorded 2 tracks. Here it is - her first own album 'Enlightened'! The album will be 10 tracks of soft rock with music composed by Conny Conrad and lyrics written by Helena and Mark Coughlan (Dark Ocean).
